COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT

Our compliance management process is based on many years of experience and is summarised in the diagram below.

  • Review of documentation – licence/approval conditions, management plans/programs/procedures/JSA/SWMS, previous audit findings.
  • Gap Analysis – desktop review of documentation is compared against actual activities being undertaken
  • Amendment – where necessary, documents need to be amended to better reflect what activities are actually being carried out.
  • Roll out – training of key personnel responsible for implementation of environmental management requirements
  • Follow up – scheduled compliance review to iron out any concerns/issues.
